instaliranje joomla na JSAS 1.52 offline

Kada instaliram JSAS 1.52 offline po defaultu on kreira sam jedan site joomla! 1.0.15.
Kada idem kliknem na taj sajt otvorimi u browseru ovu poruku:

PLEASE REMEMBER TO COMPLETELY
REMOVE THE INSTALLATION DIRECTORY.
You will not be able to proceed beyond this point until the installation directory has been removed. This is a security feature of Joomla!.
Click here when the directory has been removed.

Ali u mene u tom folderu uopšte nema instalation folder, šta izbrisati.... Rolleyes

I kad god idem da instaliram joomla na novi sajt popunim za sql sve 100% tačno kopiram ih ali mi izbaci ovu poruku uvijek :

Could not connect to the database. Connector returned number: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL
